Walks through urban layers of Istanbul

Another magnificent empire ruled in Istanbul is Ottoman and today you will be awed by some of Ottoman classics, like masterpiece buildings and monuments. We will start the day with a visit to Blue Mosque, the only mosque in Turkey to have 6 minarets and famous with beautiful blue tiles. Our second stop is the Museum of Islamic Heritage, where you can visit sections of carpets, handwritings, wooden artefacts, ceramics, etc. After having lunch in one of local restaurants of the region. We will then proceed to Topkapi Palace; visit inside the palace in the afternoon with less crowds than in morning. Our visits include the spacious grounds, four courtyards, treasury and you also have the option of visiting Harem (entrance fee to be paid locally). Time and weather permitting we can take a short walk in shady Gulhane Park and stop by for a tea. Next visit is to Suleymaniye Mosque, the masterpiece of Architect Sinan and we will finish the day in Grand Bazaar, the largest and oldest covered market in Istanbul with more than 3000 shops selling carpets, leather, jewellery, spices, antiques, and more.. You will test your bargaining skills while getting lost in many streets of this market.
